Children are a heritage from the Lord!

Psalm 127:3 (NIV)

Who are we?

The Children’s Ministry at Harvest Church caters to all children through 5th grade. We have classes available every Sunday and Wednesday for this age group, taught by our devoted and loving teachers. All teachers undergo a screening process and background check before serving in the Children’s Ministry.

Community service projects will be part of each quarter where kids will learn the blessing of being a friend to those in need. Kids will receive colored lanyards at check in each week. Each quarter will have an awards ceremony where kids will have an opportunity to earn "keys" for their lanyards.

Friends will meet September through early June

Our Goal

Our goal for the children who attend Harvest Church is to provide an environment where they can learn about Jesus Christ while they learn how to take spiritual steps and develop spiritual disciplines that will help them grow in their faith. Ultimately every teacher is committed to helping each child grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

*Nursery children and Preschool/Kindergarteners are dropped off downstairs in their classrooms before the 10:30am service starts, and Kids Church kids are signed in downstairs and begin the morning upstairs with their parents before they are dismissed after worship and announcements. For your peace of mind we utilize a paging system during service if you are needed for your child. You will be assigned a number upon dropping your child off/signing them into class, and if you are needed you will see this number appear at the bottom of the screen in the front of the sanctuary. Newcomers are also required to fill out an information sheet for each child listing who is authorized to pick the child up from class, and other information such as allergies/emergency contact info/etc.
